Use for

Its uniform big sized tubers makes it a good generic use potato.

Advantages

  • Big tubers, big yields, uniformed tubers.
  • Resistant to scab.
  • Not susceptible to second growth.
  • Medium resistance to mechanical harvesting damage.
  • Drought resistant variety.
  • It needs less nitrogen than average (150-170kg/ha, 2/3 before planting, and if necessary apply the rest post-emergence.

Growing advices

  • To avoid scab it is advised to properly irrigate.
  • Protection against Phytophthora is advised as it is slightly susceptible.
  • It is advised to plant it in less windy areas, as it is sensitive to wind damage.
